Nice lithography, showing characters from comic strip including Cookie, Daisy the Dog, Blondie, and Dagwood. Copyright 1930. When in operation, heads spin, has front and back bumper action. Rubber pieces on front and back bumpers are replacements, as are wooden hats. Unusual lithoed heads, some scratching and wear throughout the car. Someone has fashioned small wired cranks on bottom two spin heads.
Condition: (Very Good).
