The first is a See's Candies cardboard and wooden candy holder, a highly detailed and graphic Uncle Sam. Bright strong colors. See's Candies hat removes to reveal where candy was kept. Arms are wooden. The bottom middle label reads "For Victory Buy United States Savings Bonds and Stamps". Bottom right-hand side shows contents of candies, also marked "Manufactured by See's Candy Shop Inc., Los Angeles, San Francisco". One small barely noticeable 1/2" tear at the bottom middle, but condition overall is nearly mint. The second item is a wooden jointed Mr. Peanut with original paint, with a contemporary stand. These early Mr. Peanuts have a great look. A great pair of countertop displays to accentuate any collection.
