The first is reversed on glass "Butcher Boy Refrigerator." advertisement, reading "John E. Smith's Sons Co. / Buffalo, N.Y." and "1893 Patented 1901.". There is a 1" chip in the upper right-hand corner, some scuffing and scratching consistent with use. It is housed in a contemporary frame, and removing the frame reveals edge wear that is also consistent with age. The second item is a change receiver for "Society Belle" Cigars, marked "Gonzales Mandlebaum Co. Makers / Factory No. 60 3rd Dist. New York City". There is some lifting and flaking to the reverse glass, and the backing has been repainted and reattached so that it displays and hangs well.
