AGS CERTIFIED #10061. DST. Sign is Maker Marked American Art Works & Dated 1947. A bright and well displaying example of this iconic Tin Flange Sign from Coca Cola showing script with Bottle graphic. CONDITION: Side one is overall excellent showing outstanding color & gloss with clean script and excellent condition Bottle graphic. Side one shows one area of light paint loss from scratching in the field as well as some very minimal surface scratching in the outer field and along the outer edge, (Score 90). Side two displays very well but shows a heavy factory flaw in the white paint of the "Cola" lettering. The remaining inner & outer field of side two are in excellent condition showing only minimal surface scratch as well as some minimal outer edge wear, (Score 83). Sign shows a clean flange portion with only minimal surface scratching and light hanging wear. A well displaying example overall.
