AGS CERTIFIED #10265. DSP. Scarce and early C. 1930's Porcelain Service Station Sign for Quaker State Motor Oils advertising Cold Test Oils for Winter Driving. CONDITION: Side one is overall excellent showing outstanding color & gloss throughout the field with no notable field chipping. Side one shows some minimal color bleed as well as some light brown staining in the outer field. Side one shows minimal edge wear and overall displays very well, (Score 90). Side two also shows excellent color & gloss in the field with some light brown stain marks in the outer as well as minor chipping in the D of Cold. Side two shows edge chipping at the lower as well as some minimal mounting hole wear but overall displays well, (Score 85). A well displaying example of this early piece from Quaker State.

Condition: (AGS CERTIFIED SCORE 90 & 85).
