AGS CERTIFIED #10032. DSP. A well displaying example of this C. 1920's Porcelain Service Station Sign from General Petroleum Corporation advertising General Gasoline & Lubricants. CONDITION: Side one displays very well overall showing excellent color & gloss in the field with only minimal surface scratching in the inner field. Sign shows a small nail hole in the upper band on the outer field as well as some light surface scratches in the outer field. Side one shows moderate chipping at the mounting holes as well as some minor edge wear, (Score 85). Side two also shows excellent color & gloss throughout showing some minor areas of surface scratching as well as minor wear in the far outer field. Side two shows chipping at the mounting holes as well as some minor areas of edge wear and overall displays very well, (Score 85).
