AGS CERTIFIED #10158. DSP. An excellent displaying example of this iconic porcelain service station sign from Husky Gasoline & Motor Oils featuring excellent sunrise graphics as well as leaping Husky Dog. CONDITION: Side one of the sign has undergone a full professional restoration, resulting in excellent color and gloss with minimal age wear to the restoration. There are some light chips along the outer edge, as well as minor surface scratching in the restoration work, but overall, it displays very well. Side two of the sign has been left in its original state and shows that the top left and top right portions have been re-welded back into place using replacement metal. Side two shows moderate surface scratching throughout and heavy areas of chipping in the husky dog graphic. Although the piece shows heavier wear at side two, side one displays incredibly well and is a great displaying example of this iconic piece from Husky.
