AGS CERTIFIED #10331. DSP. A well displaying example of this C. 1920's Porcelain Sign from Red Crown Gasoline showing early Crown graphic with unique script style. CONDITION: Side one is overall very good showing no chipping in the inner or outer field but does show some minor areas of surface scratching throughout as well as dullness in the gloss. Side one shows light chipping at the mounting holes as well as light chips along the outer edge, (Score 83). Side two also shows no chipping in the fields but shows some moderate areas of surface scratching as well as brown staining in the white and areas of low gloss. Side two shows minimal mounting hole wear as well as some light chips along the outer edge, (Score 81). Overall a well displaying example of this early and seldom seen sign from Red Crown.
