AGS CERTIFIED #10309. DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Walker & Co., Detroit. An exceptionally clean example of this Porcelain & Neon Sign from Studebaker Cars & Trucks with each side showing bright blue neon as well as disc attachment signs and bullnose attachment. CONDITION: Side one shows outstanding color & gloss throughout with no areas of field chipping and very limited surface wear. Side one shows some minimal areas of edge clipping at the lower but overall displays outstanding, (Score 94). Side one shows an outstanding condition disc sign as well showing excellent color & gloss with only minimal mounting hole and edge wear, (Score 90). Side two also shows outstanding color & gloss throughout the field but shows some light areas of touch up at the stanchion and insulator holes as well as some minor touch ups at the outer edges, (Score 85). Side two shows an excellent condition disc sign which shows excellent color & gloss with only minimal wear at the mounting holes, (Score 91). Sign is mounted on what appears to be the original metal can and shows original bullnose attachment with light touch up in the field as well as light edge nicks. Overall and outstanding displaying piece of Neon Signage from Studebaker Automobiles.
