There napkin holders from the 1930's to 1940's make a great addition to any soda fountain, lunch counter, or even in your modern kitchen. Tin construction with the weights to hold the napkins down on a pedestal. CONDITION: Shows areas of oxidation and light surface rust to areas of the napkin holder. It is marked "HV-O."
