Two paper labels are affixed to the backing of the board: one is a conservation label from Belinda Kwiatkowska, numbered "CA/5/50" and the second is from the Leeds Public Art Museum, stating the artist's name and the name of the previous owner. Condition: The board shows some signs of craquelure and minor paint scuffing in the outer lower-right edge.
