Antique Edward Prior, London, triple case tortoise shell and sterling silver verge pocket watch with original fitted outer travel case in wood and leather. Dial with early Arabic numerals for the Islamic market. Case fully hallmarked with Lion Passant, Crowned Leopard and faint "R" Date Letter for 1852. Case makers' mark is a conjoined "EP" over "C, JB, WW" over a Heart. All cases are either felt or paper lined, and are in excellent original condition. The tortoise shell case is in very good original condition with some missing silver wire rivets, light scratches, one small split to front measuring 7mm. Verge fusee gilt movement engraved "Edward Prior, London, 65741". Key not included. Running.
