Sterling silver cigarette case for Sampson Mordan & Co., London. Engine turned engraving inside and out. Case is marked inside "S.M & Co" with Lion Passant & Leopard Head hallmarks. Date letter "p" for 1930. Engraved inside "E.N.G. Maby, 1909-1930". Hinge and push button clasp work perfectly. Overall condition is very good to excellent with some minor scratches and marks. Internal blue elastic keeper band is a bit stretched. Length 4". Width 3 - 1/4". Gross weight 155.9 grams.
