Manufactured circa 1915 with 4 - 3/4" barrel chambered in .45 Colt with blade front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blue finish with color case hardened frame and hammer. Mounted with desirable checkered fleur de lis walnut grips featuring a deep dish Colt medallion with Rampant Colt on either side. PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Very good, with barrel retaining a majority of its bright blue finish. Ejector rod housing shows holster wear. Trigger guard and backstrap retain bright original bluing in protected areas. Grips are excellent with no major signs of distress. Mechanically fine with all 4 clicks. Bore is lightly frosted with defined rifling.
