(A) An Armspear Giant single-guard insert found wire-bottom, with the correct fount and No. 1 long-stem ratchet burner. "Erie. R. R." is embossed on the lid reflector. Serial No. 9065 is stamped in. The clear No. 39 Corning NonEx globe is embossed "E.R.R. Co." in block font and in average relief. Condition: 6.0, Good. There is some tin plating remaining, with significant surface rust showing. (B) An A&W 1892 patent No. 11 steel guard "ADAMS" frame. "D. & H. C. Co." is embossed on the lid reflector. The clear No. 39 extended base globe is nicely etched "D&H. C. Co." The fount is correct for this model and has a No. 2 ratchet burner affixed. Condition: 3.0, Poor. The entire frame is heavily perforated, and appears to have been sandblasted at one time. (C) A C T Ham No. 39 double-guard wire-bottom railroad lantern. "Erie R. R." is nicely embossed on the lid reflector. The bayonet fount is correct for this model and has a No. 2 ratchet burner affixed. There is no globe and the top globe holder is missing. The entire frame is painted black, except for the fount. Condition: 7.0, Good.
