This manual is missing the binding, but appears to be otherwise intact. (B) Baldwin Operator's Manual DP-109 for Diesel Electric Passenger Locomotive, made for the Wharton & Northern RR, Road Nos. 2003 - 2005. The upper-right corner of the cover is missing, but the manual is otherwise in very good condition.
