A large, heavy, unguarded, fixed globe, star-diamond-star lantern model made in brass with a large plug in fount and No. 1 calendar burner affixed. This unit is missing the brass wrist bail, but all other components are intact. The fount has a 1/4" hole drilled in the center. The globe is large and heavy, and is beautifully engraved "W. D. HANDYSIDE" in old English font and surrounded by a large, floral cartouche. Add the correct brass wrist loop and this becomes a top shelf lantern.
Condition: (Good).
