DSP. C. 1920s Western Union porcelain flange sign. CONDITION: Side one has good color and gloss throughout, with minor areas of porcelain loss and paint overspray covering the entirety of the face. (8.0). Side two has good color and gloss with larger porcelain chips and thicker overspray, especially on the right-hand side of the piece. The outer edges have minor porcelain loss, as well as porcelain loss on both sides of each flange. (7.75).
