A cast iron Keystone PRR number plate removed from locomotive 6471, a class J1 2-10-4 Texas type. This locomotive was built at Juniata in 1943, construction number 4422, and retired in October, 1957. Plate has 3 separately applied numbers (6, 7, 1; painted white and faded) applied over old, gold painted-on numbers "5448," and shows old, deteriorated and faded red field paint with gold-painted border and significant rust. Back of plate shows three threaded mounting bosses and newer black paint.
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
