An Armspear No. 39 Steel Guard model; "S A & A P RY" is lightly embossed on the lid reflector. The bayonet fount is correct for this model and has a no. 1 ratchet burner affixed. The clear, no. 39 extended base globe is not RR marked. The lantern shows light rust, with no significant pitting or perforation noted. The globe show little sign of RR use.
