A brass conductor's frame made by D. D. Miller, but it's not hallmarked. The top portion lifts off of the bottom portion by depressing a small lever and rotating CCW. There is no globe. The fount is a tin unit with a Sangster hallmark and a twin tube whale oil burner and is not correct for this frame. The wire-tied brass frame shows gold paint over nickel plated brass and its appearance is quite mottled. There are no cracks in the brass and only a couple of minor dings noted.
Condition: (Good).
