(A) A brass No. 39 single-guard with a bayonet base. The base is stamped "C T Ham Mfg. Co. 39" and does not fit the frame properly. The clear No. 39 extended base globe is etched "G. R. & I. Ry" in known stencil font. Condition: 6.0, Good. There are no stress cracks noted in any of the brass surfaces. (B) A Dietz Paragon Launch Light. There are several patent dates stamped in the base, the last of which is 1897. The unit contains three 3" diameter lenses: signal green, red and clear. The fount and burner are intact. Condition: 8.0, Very Good. There is a significant dent in the bottom. There are no stress cracks visible in the unit.
