A vintage Cairns & Brothers black leather helmet with lots of piping and rim embossing and a nice golden eagle holding the badge at the top. White leather badge with black and red fields reads "CATARACT HOSE 7" Lettered on the back brim is "1863 in gold leaf with red shadow. Inside shows normal wear. This is a real nice helmet.
Condition: (Very Good).
