SSP. Maker mark, "Imperial Enamel Co." A real nice single-sided, porcelain railroad station sign from Oneonta, NY, on the Delaware & Hudson mainline. This sign is a scarce “mileage-style” station sign, indicating Oneonta 60.88 mi. from Binghamton and 81.71 mi. from Albany on the D&H main line. Oneonta was a division point on the D&H and once boasted the world’s largest locomotive roundhouse. Oneonta passenger station was completed in 1892. CONDITION: Sign has fair color and gloss in the field, with pin point size porcelain chips throughout the entirety of the piece. Sign also has a handful of larger porcelain chips and staining in the field, as well as porcelain chips and staining along the outer edge. Sign has been attached to older section of wood that does not appear to be original to the piece.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.

Condition: (SCORE 75).

Item Dimensions: 91" x 15".
