Made by Winchester Repeating Arms in 1900 and subsequently restored by Turnbull Industries. Plain 26" octagonal blued factory Winchester Steel barrel with Winchester 2-line address and marked ".40-65 W.C.F." with full length blued tubular magazine. Standard front sight, 22 rear sight, and Lyman tang rear peep. Case-hardened solid frame with nitre blued loading gate, case hardened hammer, lever, and plain trigger. Standard configuration walnut stocks with case hardened crescent steel buttplate. Comes with Cody research confirming manufacture and options, except original caliber was .38-56 W.C.F. CONDITION: 98% barrel blue with 98% remaining case colors. 98% varnish. Small handling marks, and dings overall. Dark pitted bore with visible rifling and soft mechanics.
