Made by Hunter Arms Company in 1926. 1 of 2700 12 gauge trap grades and one of 792 made with 32" barrels. Blued 32" Crown fluid steel barrels with ventilated matted rib, trap grade and Hunter Company markings, ejectors, and bead front sight. Barrels are choked Full and Full with 2 - 3/4" chambers. Case-hardened finished regular weight sidelock action with L.C. Smith markings, engraved trap shooter scenes, non-automatic safety, and Hunter single selective trigger with blued trigger guard. Checkered walnut round knob pistol grip stock with Airocel period rubber recoil pad and matching checkered schnabel tip beavertail forearm with roller latch release. Comes with Cody Research letter confirming all options and shipping to Schoverling, Daly, and Gales. CONDITION: Overall 90% original factory barrel finish with areas worn to plum brown from handling with a small gray spot on the right barrel halfway out. 80% vivid case colors with sharp markings. Good wood with 90% original finish with some scrapes and scratches from usage and sharp checkering. Usual hairline cracks behind locks. Good mechanics with mirror bores, tight lock up, and a lever way to right with fantastic screws. A very desirable shotgun.
