Originally built by Whitworth in England and imported by Interarms circa 1970. Gun was custom built by Frank Wells of Tuscon, Arizona, circa the 1980. Matted finish 24" tapered round barrel with hooded ramp front sight, Frank Wells address marking, express rear sight, band front sling swivel stud and marked at breech "416 Hoffman". Matching matte finished Mauser-style Whitworth action marked with serial number, polished 3-position safety, standard trigger, and matted finish floorplate. Custom checkered Turkish pistol grip stock with ebony nose cap and Decelerator rubber recoil pad. CONDITION: Overall 98% with small handling marks and light edge wear. Excellent bore and mechanics.
