Consignor states that he purchased these magazines for his 1928 A22 Thompson machine gun, and, although it required some fitting, he adapted one to work and never got around to adapting the others. Consignor subsequently sold the gun with drum and the adapted magazine. Later he found these additional magazines and has consigned them here (fortunately for any .22 caliber Thompson owners). One of the magazines has a sticker, "Made in Italy". This cataloger has reviewed the photos of the .22 Thompson magazines sold with guns through Morphy auctions in April and October 2019 and May of 2022, and these do indeed seem to match them very closely. No warranty that these will fit your gun, but the consignor got one to work well in his. CONDITION: Near excellent original finish with good spring tension. Just the thing the owners of the 1928 Thompson Model A22 are hoping to find. If you don't acquire them someday you will wish you did! JWK 2023-12-57
