Stunning handmade 18k yellow and white gold wide diamond bangle bracelet custom made for Gino Marchetti. Gino John Marchetti was an American professional football player who was a defensive end and offensive tackle in the National Football League. He played in 1952 for the Dallas Texans and from 1953 to 1966 for the Baltimore Colts. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1972. The bracelet was thoughtfully designed to emulate the stitching on a football in an X pattern, which was made popular by Tiffany & Co., and is set with 39 near-colorless round brilliant cut diamonds with an estimated total weight of 3.00cts into three 18k white gold X's along the top. The underside of the bracelet is also made with three X's, but in 18k yellow gold. Measurements: Inside diameter 2-3/8", inside circumference 7", width 3/4". Gross weight is an impressive 74.1 grams. Marked "18K" inside the bracelet. Provenance: Acquired directly from Joan Marchetti by the consignor.
