Lot consists of a pair of Colt Ace magazines for a .22 LR interpretation of the 1911. Early loading assists are contoured to follow the angle of the magazine body. 2-tone finish, pinned bases. Baseplates marked "COLT / ACE (in lozenge) / .22 LR". PROVENANCE: From the personal and advanced collection of Dr. Jim Watson of Scottsdale, Arizona. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining the vast majority of the blue finish, magazine B with more handling marks and silvering than A. Some oil staining to stainless areas. Loading assists are smooth.
