Based on John M. Browning's iconic and rugged design, the 1919 belt-fed machine gun served with US forces through WWII into the Cold War Era. Built with a new made semi-automatic only side plate on an Israeli 7.62x51mm parts kit which includes both USGI and Israeli-made parts. Full reapplied parkereized finish throughout. Standard 24" 7.62 barrel with perforated heat shield. Flip up blade front sight and ladder rear sight graduated for 7.62 NATO ammunition. Left side plate and bolt correctly marked "7.62". Fitted with a checkered steel pistol grip. Complete with a 1969-dated spiral bound technical manual. CONDITION: Excellent as professionally rebuilt. Nearly all of the reapplied finish is retained throughout. Bore is bright and displays well-defined rifling. Mechanically fine.
