14k yellow gold Elgin National Watch Co., Elgin, Illinois, 44mm hunting cased pocket watch with chain and fob. Movement #27456158, grade 344, model 2, size 12, 17 jewels, circa 1925. Case is beautifully hand engraved and decorated with multi-color gold birds and 8-point star opposite shield framed with flowers. Fancy dial with gold and silver decoration. Watch includes a 14k yellow gold double rope pocket watch chain with a barrel shaped fob decorated with pearls and black enamel. Chain unmarked/untested. Swivel hook is gold filled. Gross weight of watch, chain and fob is 86.2 grams. Running.
