Adopted in 1899, it is often referred to as the Boer War model as supplied to the British troops. Blue finish, octagon barrel, with large birdshead type black composite grips and lanyard ring. Mark IV stamped on left side of frame, numerous British broad arrow proof marks with Webley Patents on left side of frame. CONDITION: Excellent with 85% overall blue, most of the sear is found on high area of cylinder and sharp edges. Matching numbers on frame, cylinder and barrel, not cut. Fine action and bright bore.
