Circa 1946. Classic configuration with blued finish, sporting sights, oil finished walnut stock, and checkered steel butt plate which holds the magazine tube. Rifle is housed in an original box with factory paperwork. Box is banded with Powell & Clement Co. of Cincinnati, Ohio tape, almost certainly the original retailer of this rifle. CONDITION: Excellent, as new. Box has some expected wear and corner separation. An extremely attractive set.
