This clockwork cigar cutter, with cast iron base and bronze top, was made to advertise Principe de Gales Havana Cigars. An intricately casted base with intertwined scrollwork, and top brass panel with inlaid words highlighted in black. It operates with a clockwork wind. The patron would push down the middle dot with a cigar and it would be automatically nipped. It is fully operational. CONDITION: The cigar cutter shows great aged patina to the cast iron and the brass, with some areas of finish loss only adding to the great aged look.
