This is a pair of cast bronze desk accessories. (A) A bronze ashtray with porcelain match holder, marked "For the HW Johns-Manville Company" and dated June 5,6,7,8 of 1906. It is most likely a give away from the company that was issued in Atlantic City in that year. CONDITION: The ashtray has a great patina with all the raised lettering and identification. There is a small crack to the porcelain match holder, and the words "No Ark" on the porcelain match holder has some missing gold paint. (B) A cast bronze candle holder that is etched with an unreadable name. The cast bronze is in the form of two devil-like gothic figures with there back up against the candle, which is ivory, holding it in place. They have webbed feet and wings. CONDITION: There are no breaks, cracks or repairs, with a great aged patina.
