1963-1964 #1014. Bubblecut Barbie is all original in drum majorette costume with her fuzzy hat and gold baton; flocked-hair Ken with wrist tag wears his original drum major costume with fuzzy hat and gold baton; Midge cheerleader is all original with her megaphone and crepe paper pompoms and still has the plastic band around her face. The back cardboard is probably replaced as it does not have the names as seen on other sets; cellophane is replaced. Dolls and accessories are tied on with replaced threads. Box has some wear on the lid and one corner taped. All dolls have black metal stands. Dolls all appear unplayed with. Barbie has green ear spot just a little larger than her pearl earring on one ear, and very faint on the other. Ken has a light soil spot on one sleeve; Midge has a tiny orange spot on her leg. Very rare and desirable set!
