Bisque socket head incised “Germany 143” made by J.D. Kestner, lovely bisque, dark multi-stroked eyebrows, sleeping eyes with painted upper and lower eyelashes, open mouth with lip shading strokes and two upper teeth, original plaster pate and blonde bobbed mohair wig; original Kestner jointed composition body stamped “Excelsior DRP No. 70685 Germany 2/0.” Comes with original ivory cotton dress and slips, nightgown and homemade brown wool dress. An original owner doll from a Baltimore attic.
