Special limited edition carriage made for the50th anniversary of the United Federation of Doll Clubs in 1999, by the Märklin company, a reproduction of a historic doll carriage from a Märklin catalog shortly after 1900 in an edition of 2,000. This quality doll carriage features extensive handwork of traditional materials similar to those Märklin used one hundred years ago —sheet metal, wood and fine satin fabric. The sides of the metal carriage are crisply imprinted, handle is made of wood; retractable hinged hood; carriage interior, pillow and mattress are covered in pink satin and inside hood is covered in cream satin. New in the original box with certificate. Wonderful accessory to enhance a display of antique dolls. Carriage measures about 8" long x 9.5" high x 3.5" wide.
