With marks for Whipham & Wright, London 1760, the baluster body with a short spout, the lower front engraved with crest and the side with later initials, a caned handle, and on a short plain foot, the domed lid with a gadrooned edge and wrythen finial. Repairs, lid unmarked, minor dents.Height: 8-1/4 in; weight: 8.5 oz.***Repairs to body at upper handle mount, to one side of spout, and to center of lid under finial; wear to engraved crest; handle probably not original; initials are American ca. 1890-1920.
