The framed presentation from the Hook & Ladder Company No. 1 of Lockport, New York to the Hook & Ladder Company No. 1 of Bradford, Pennsylvania. The ornate gold frame with hooks, ladders, and fireman's helmet crest, cast chevron border and floral decoration on a sand finish ground. The upper corners of the frame applied with carved crossed fire horns, the lower corners each applied with carved fire hydrant and hose with nozzle. Within the frame are 35 albumen photographic prints on disc shaped roundels, each with the image of the firefighters of the Lockport, New York Fire Department arranged on burgundy velvet. The whole, now set within, a molded velvet lined deep display case of later vintage. The framed presentation is 44" x 51". In very fine original condition. From the Ray Bentley Collection.
