MASSIVE JIMMY LILE SUBHILT FIGHTER.

An immense subhilt fighter crafted by renowned maker Jimmy Lile. The knife features a satin finish clip point blade marked "LILE" on obverse ricasso. The blade measures 11" and remains bright with only minor blemishes. Tapered tang construction with polished brass guard and sub hilt. Massive ivory scales bordered by red spacers and secured by three brass rivets on each side. Pommel features an integral lanyard loop. Hilt exhibits scattered handling marks. The knife is accompanied by a letter typed on the Lile Handmade Knives letterhead that describes the construction of the knife and states that Lile only crafted three knives in this configuration. Two of the knives were made with ivory grip scales and the other wood. The letter also states that Sylvester Stallone purchased the other knife crafted with ivory scales. CONDITION: Very good.
