Produced by the Mechanical Orguinette Co. in the 1880s. This organette, or miniature organ, serial no.2576, has a walnut case with ornate gold painted detail. Features two cranks; the smaller to wind the music reel and the larger to play the organ. Instructions for use are printed on a paper inside the lid. This specific organette has 16 keys and plays a 3-1/2" perforated music reel.
