Maker marked "Quigley Litho. Co. Kansas City, MO." This c. 1920s advertisement for Messett's Musical Entertainers features a man in the rain attempting to collect money. CONDITION: This piece remains clean, with a few specks of discoloration seen near the top edge, and in a few areas of the outer white border. The piece has been nicely framed.
