DSP. C. 1930's Porcelain Service Station Sign for Mobiloil showing black porcelain backing with Pegasus graphic. Sign is mounted in its original iron ring and set on an original Wolf's Head Motor Oil Cast Iron Base. CONDITION: Sign is in overall fair condition showing excellent color & gloss throughout the fields of each side but shows some areas of chipping in the field as well as some light staining and surface scratching. The outer edges are clean and overall the Sign displays nicely. Signs original post was cut and is now mounted on an original Wolf's Head base which shows casted lettering and displays the piece nicely. A nice displaying example overall.
