AGS CERTIFIED #10001. DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Walker & Co., Detroit. A well displaying example of this iconic Porcelain Sign for Oldsmobile Automobiles showing outstanding colors with Globe graphic. CONDITION: Side one is overall very good showing excellent color & gloss with two areas of chipping in the globe graphic. Side ones shows some minor surface scratching as well as removable dirt staining with light mounting hole and edge wear, (Score 89). Side two also shows excellent color & gloss throughout with three notable areas of field chips as well as some areas of surface scratching present. Side two shows minor chipping in the outer field with very clean mounting holes showing light wear at the edge, (Score 89). Sign is mounted in the original iron ring which shows an excellent age & patina throughout.
