Clock was made by Advertising Products Incorporated in Cincinnati. It is in working order and is complete, but does have moderate wear to the mounting hole on the back side. Both glass faces are in excellent condition with no issues. The red hand does have some moderate paint loss and the black hands have a few tiny dots on them.
