DSP. Sign is Maker Marked Walker & Co. An extraordinary example of this highly sought after Porcelain Sign from Pontiac Automobiles advertising "Authorized Service". Sign features a Full Feathered Native American graphic in the center as well as stars and bold Pontiac Service script. CONDITION: Side one shows incredible color and gloss throughout the field with deep cobalt blue porcelain as well as a bright and glossy Pontiac Native American Full Feathered graphic. Side one shows a clean field free of any chipping with only a few minor areas of light surface scratch. Side one shows chipping at two of the outer mounting holes and the outer edge is extremely clean showing only minimal wear. Overall side one displays extremely well and would be very tough to upgrade, Grade 9.0+. Side two is also in outstanding condition throughout the field showing incredible color and gloss in the red, white and blue Porcelain with no chipping in the inner or outer field. Side two shows very minimal and minor surface scratching with an outstanding condition graphic showing only minimal factory flaw in the outer red border. Side two shows light chipping at two of the mounting holes as well as some very minimal wear along outer edge but overall absolutely incredible condition throughout, Grade 9.0+. Sign is mounted in a professionally made metal ring that is painted matching blue and displays the piece extremely well. An incredible piece of highly sought after Pontiac Automobile Porcelain Signage that would be extremely tough to upgrade.
