Patek Philippe 18K Rose Gold Square Uni-Sex Ref. 3430 Serial 2639427 Strap Watch. 27mm case diameter. 8-1/2” strap including head of watch. Unmarked buckle. Replacement strap. Winds, sets, and runs. Manual wind. Watch has not been time tested. Circa 1950. Damage to right side of dial. Light wear through out case. Dial, movement, and case signed. Overall condition is excellent.
