Patented Wheel-Activated Mechanical Clown Toy. Clown figure with a painted composition head and hands, red cloth coat, and checked trousers, standing on a rectangular metal base with a side-mounted operating wheel. The costume shows fading, staining, and wear; the base has oxidation and surface wear. The toy functions as intended, but the turning wheels remain loose.
